Due to the nature of our business, and federal laws regarding health and sanitation, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. You have 48hrs from time of delivery to contact us and advise of the defected or damaged item. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 72HRS FOR A RESPONSE. Item must be unused, unopened, unaltered and in original packaging to qualify for exchange. We will not accept items not in original condition including tags, stickers, labels and packaging. Customer will be responsible to cover shipping cost of exchange; tracking number must be sent and item received prior to company issuing exchange. We are not responsible for exchange items LOST OR MISSING from postal service. If damage was company's fault we will cover shipping to send item back to you. Once order is placed please allow 3-15 business days for processing. Processing does not include shipping time which can take an additional 2-7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
